Because each item is made to order just for you, we don't accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size choice. Please check the size options carefully before ordering.

We will replace or refund any item that arrives with a manufacturing defect, a printing error, or shipping damage. Email us at hello@sedecimpersona.org within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have in your country.
